The German Chancellor Angela Merkel will deliver a special address at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2009 in Davos. It will be the third time Merkel has participated in the Annual Meeting since becoming Chancellor. The Annual Meeting runs from 28 January to 1 February in Davos,
