Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the meeting take place?
It will take place at the Hotel Intercontinental Rio.

Where will I stay?
A block reservation has been made at the Hotel Intercontinental Rio. PublicisLive, our logistical operator, will contact you upon confirmation of your registration.

What does registration include?
Registration (US$ 2,800 for Members, US$ 3,800 for non-Members) includes access to all sessions, including plenaries, interactive sessions and workshops, lunches and dinners.

What is the working language of the meeting?
Sessions will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation in Portuguese, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese in most sessions.

By when do I need to register?
The deadline for inclusion in the printed participants booklet is 27 March 2009. We therefore recommend you register before this date.

Do I need a visa?
Please check with the Brazilian embassy or consulate nearest you for visa requirements.
